Where is my order?

Delivery delay: We're a bit busier than usual at the moment, so your order might take 2 working days longer to arrive.

After you place an order we’ll send you an email. This will remind you what’s in your order, where your parcel is being delivered and all the legal stuff like terms and conditions. You will also receive tracking information by email when your order has been dispatched.

To view past and outstanding orders and generally enjoy a quicker and simpler ordering process you can create your own user account. Sign up and log in by clicking ‘My Account’ in the menu on the left of the site.

NOTE: It can take 36-48 hours before you can track the parcel. To keep your shipping costs down we send all packages from our warehouse in Germany together in one truck. Therefore, the tracking can only start once the package has arrived and been sorted in your country.
