Can I change my order?
- Unfortunately, you can’t make any changes once you’ve completed the checkout process, since we send your order information directly to our warehouse system for a speedy delivery.
- You can easily place another order if you want to add an item.
- If you’ve ordered something you don’t want to keep, just send it back using the prepaid return label included with each parcel.
- If the shipping company is unable to deliver the parcel because of an incorrect name or address, the parcel will automatically be returned to us at no cost to you.
- Once we’ve received it at our warehouse, we’ll send you an automated email and proceed with your full refund within approx. 14 working days.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
- Unfortunately, we can’t cancel your order, since we send your order information from the online shop directly to our warehouse system for a speedy delivery.
- You can always refuse to accept the delivery and the parcel will automatically be sent back to us at no cost to you.
- As soon as the returned items have been registered, we’ll send you a confirmation email and refund the full amount.
I’VE ALREADY PLACED MY ORDER. CAN I STILL USE MY PROMO CODE?
- Unfortunately, no. Since we try and get your items to you as quickly as we can, you can’t apply a voucher code to an order you’ve already placed. However, you can always apply it to a new order.
