Can I change my order?

  • Unfortunately, you can’t make any changes once you’ve completed the checkout process, since we send your order information directly to our warehouse system for a speedy delivery.
  • If you want to add an item, you can easily place another order.
  • If you’ve ordered something you don’t want to keep, just send it back using the prepaid return label included with each parcel.
  • If the shipping company is unable to deliver the parcel because of an incorrect name or address, the parcel will automatically be returned to us at no cost to you.
  • Once we’ve received it at our warehouse, we’ll send you an automated email and proceed with your full refund.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

  • You can always refuse to accept the delivery and the parcel will automatically be sent back to us at no cost to you.
  • As soon as the returned items have been registered, we’ll send you a confirmation email and refund the full amount.
