Can I change my order?

To get things moving we like to send all orders straight to our warehouse for packing and posting as quickly as we can. So once your order is complete and through the checkout, you can’t make any changes.

If you have ordered something you don’t want to keep, just send it back using the prepaid return label included with each parcel.

Can I cancel my order?

We can’t promise that it will be possible but we can always try. If you get in touch with us as soon as you can after placing the order, we’ll do our best to cancel it before it reaches the warehouse. If it’s already at the warehouse however we won’t be able to stop it.

You can always refuse to accept the delivery, after which it will come back to us. As soon as we’ve got it back we’ll make sure we refund you the full amount.
