When can I expect my refund?

For the Netherlands:

Due to COVID-19 it might take a few days longer for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse, processed and refunded. PostNL is experiencing a significant increase in their network and has decided to prioritise the delivery of parcels for Christmas and New Year, and in doing so, deprioritise all return parcels for the remainder of 2020. This means that PostNL is not sending your return parcel back to us yet.

Please use the track & trace link you received when returning your package to track the status of your return shipment. We will notify and refund you as soon as we receive your return.

  • It can usually take up to 14 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse, processed and refunded. Due to COVID-19 it might take a few days longer for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse, processed and refunded.
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email. After that, we’ll check the return and issue a full refund.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method you chose when you made your order.
  • If you paid with a credit card or PayPal, it may take a few days for the money to appear in your account and the time it takes usually depends on your bank.
