Why can't I track my parcel?

 

We send all our parcels from our warehouse in Germany in one shipment for environmental reasons. Once your order’s been sent, you’ll receive the tracking information by email. 

It can take up to 36-48 hours before you can track the parcel. The tracking can only start once the package has arrived at the sorting facility in your country. If you can’t track your parcel, it probably hasn’t left our warehouse yet.

To check the status of your order, go to ‘Check your order’ and log in with your email and order number. We recommend you create an account in this section to easily save and track future orders.
