Why can't I track my parcel?
We're a bit busier than usual at the moment, so your order might take 2 more working days to arrive.
We send all our parcels from our warehouse in Germany in one shipment for environmental reasons. If you can’t track your parcel, it probably hasn’t left our warehouse yet.
If you’re still having problems tracking your parcel 48 hours after placing your order, please don’t hesitate to contact Customer Service.
