What's your return policy?
You have 30 days as of the date you receive your order to return any items.
During the holiday season, we're extending our return period! Purchases made between 1 November and 14 December can be returned online up until 15 January 2018.
Here are a few things to keep in mind:
- We don’t offer exchanges. You can, however, order the item again and send back the one you don’t want.
- If you want to return a non-fashion item, please find the specific return policy in the product description.
- If you use our prepaid return label you don't have to pay the cost of return shipping.
- The items you return are your responsibility until we get them back, so it’s best to follow our returns guide to protect them from damage and wear.
- We refund items at the price you bought them – this includes sale items.
- All items are inspected when we get them back.
- If you’ve lost your return note, please contact Customer Service to get a new one.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?
If you’ve purchased an item through our online shop, you can use our easy return process. Just follow these simple steps:
- Place your item back into the plastic bag or shoe box it came in, so it doesn’t get damaged on the way back.
- Write the return code in the yellow field on the outside of the plastic bag/shoe box.
- Place the items and your return note back into the parcel they came in.
- Peel the return label off your delivery note and put it on the return parcel. Please be sure it covers the old postage label.
- Remove the white strip from the bottom of the bag. Fold and seal from the bottom.
- That’s it; you’re ready to return it. Please find further information here.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM THROUGH THE ONLINE SHOP?
- Unfortunately, we don’t offer online exchanges, but you always have the option of placing a new order to get the right item.
- It’s easy to return any item you don’t want to keep. As soon as we’ve received the item, we’ll make sure to refund the amount in question. According to legal requirements you must return an item within 30 days of its receipt.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
- Once we’ve received your returned parcel, we’ll send you a confirmation email. As soon as we’ve processed your return, we’ll issue a refund. We’ll make sure to process your return within 14 days.
Please note that if you used the prepaid return label, we’ll deduct the return shipping cost from the refund amount.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?
- Once we receive your return you’ll get a confirmation email from us. We’ll then check the return and issue a full refund.
- We’ll issue the refund using the payment method you chose when you made your order.
- If you paid with a credit card or PayPal, it can take some days for the money to appear in your account and the time it takes usually depends on your bank.
