How do I return an order?

If you have purchased an item through our online shop, you can use our two easy and free return options:

You can either return it with the shipping company you received the package from or return/exchange it in your nearest store.

Return with carrier:

  • Place your item back into the plastic bag or shoe box it came in so it doesn’t get damaged on the way back.
  • Write the return code in the yellow field on the outside of the plastic bag/shoe box.
  • Place the items and your return note back into the parcel they came in.
  • Remove the white strip from the bottom of the bag. Fold and seal from the bottom.
  • Peel the return label off your delivery note and put it on the return parcel. Please be sure it covers the old postage label.
  • That’s it; you’re ready to return it. The next step just depends on the courier you chose for delivery: If you want to return one or more items you have collected at a Click & Collect store before, you can bring your return parcel to the nearest Swiss Post office or a Click & Collect store. Parcels delivered with Swiss Post should be returned with Swiss Post.
  • Once we’ve received your returned parcel, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
  • As soon as we’ve processed your return, we’ll issue a refund. We’ll make sure to process your return within approx. 14 working days.

Make sure to ask for a receipt as proof of having returned the parcel.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN ITEMS IN THE STORE?

Yes. If you show your return form, you can return or exchange unused items with price tags from the following brands directly in the shops:

Remember that when you return a product purchased with Klarna, you still have to pay the invoice from Klarna because you get that money back in the store.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?

  • We issue the refund to the payment method that you chose when you made your order:

Credit card

  • Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive the refund as soon as possible to the credit card used during the purchase. If the card has expired, the refund will automatically be sent to the new card.
  • However, it can take some days for the money to appear in your account and the time it takes usually depends on your bank - we have no influence on this.

PayPal

  • The refund will be sent to your PayPal account as soon as possible. Whether the amount remains there as credit or is passed on to your current or credit card account depends on your agreement with PayPal.

  • That’s it; you’re ready to return it. Please return the return parcel to a DHL parcel store: The return parcel must be submitted to a courier and may not be placed in a mailbox. If you return your parcel via a mailbox, we can't start an investigation / complaint if the parcel was removed during transport. In these cases, we unfortunately can not refund you the amount.
  • Once we’ve received your returned parcel, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
  • As soon as we’ve processed your return, we’ll issue a refund. We’ll make sure to process your return within 14 working days.

Note: The maturity of the Klarna invoice is independent of our 30-day return guarantee. If you wish to use our 30-day return policy and return the goods to us only after the due date of the invoice, we ask you to comply with the invoice and to transfer the entire invoice amount.

Once we have confirmed your return, the refund will be conducted by Klarna. Klarna will then contact you regarding the transfer to you and the necessary bank information by e-mail.

You can either return it with the shipping company you received the package from or return/exchange it in your nearest store.

Return with carrier:

  • Place your item back into the plastic bag or shoe box it came in so it doesn’t get damaged on the way back.
  • Write the return code in the yellow field on the outside of the plastic bag/shoe box.
  • Place the items and your return note back into the parcel they came in.
  • Remove the white strip from the bottom of the bag. Fold and seal from the bottom.
  • Peel the return label off your delivery note and put it on the return parcel. Please be sure it covers the old postage label.
  • That’s it; you’re ready to return it. The next step just depends on the courier you chose for delivery: If you have chosen DHL express delivery, please return the parcel with PostNord. If you have selected Click & Collect delivery to one of our stores, you have the option to return the parcel with PostNord or you can return it to one of our Click & Collect stores. If you return your parcel via a mailbox, we can't start an investigation / complaint if the parcel was removed during transport. In these cases, we unfortunately can not refund you the amount.
  • Once we’ve received your returned parcel, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
  • As soon as we’ve processed your return, we’ll issue a refund. We’ll make sure to process your return within 14 working days.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN ITEMS IN THE STORE?

Yes. If you show your return form, you can return or exchange unused items with price tags from the following brands directly in the shops:

  • JACK & JONES items in JACK & JONES stores.
  • SELECTED items in SELECTED stores.
  • NAME IT items in NAME IT stores.
  • VILA items in VILA stores.
  • VERO MODA and NOISY MAY items in the PARTICIPATING VERO MODA stores.
  • ONLY items in the PARTICIPATING ONLY stores. 

Remember that when you return a product purchased with Klarna, you still have to pay the invoice from Klarna because you get that money back in the store.

Klarna invoice

If you make the return to the due date of the invoice, you only need to keep the items that are paid, the 1.95 € invoice and the shipping charges. Simply deduct the amounts of the returned items from the original invoice amount.

When returning all items, the invoice and the shipping costs will be omitted.

Note: The maturity of the Klarna invoice is independent of our 30-day return guarantee. If you wish to use our 30-day return policy and return the goods to us only after the due date of the invoice, we ask you to comply with the invoice and to transfer the entire invoice amount.

Once we have confirmed your return, the refund will be conducted by Klarna. Klarna will then contact you regarding the transfer to you and the necessary bank information by e-mail.
