Have you received my return?

It can usually take up to 14 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse, processed and refunded.

  • 1st confirmation e-mail: Once we’ve received your returned parcel in our warehouse.
  • 2nd confirmation e-mail: We’ll confirm your refund has been processed.

 

When can I expect my refund?

 

  • It can usually take up to 14 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse, processed and refunded.
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email. After that, we’ll check the return and issue a full refund.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method you chose when you made your order.
  • If you paid with a credit card or PayPal, it may take a few days for the money to appear in your account and the time it takes usually depends on your bank.
