Why haven’t I received an order confirmation?

We are current facing problems sending the order confirmation to email addresses ending with web.de or gmx.de. If your email belongs to one of these domains, please reach out to out Customer Service and they will be able to help you.

  • Sometimes it takes up to 2 hours from the time you place your order until we send you an email confirming we’ve received it.
  • Please check your spam or bulk email folder too.
  • If you haven’t heard anything from us after 2 hours, it’s probably best to get in touch with Customer Service
