Why haven’t I received an order confirmation?
- Sometimes it takes up to 2 hours from the time you place your order until we send you an email confirming we’ve received it.
- Please check your spam or bulk email folder too.
- If you haven’t heard anything from us after 2 hours, it’s probably best to get in touch with Customer Service
