What do I do if a part of my order is missing?

If an item is missing from your parcel, even though it’s listed on your delivery note, please contact our Customer Service using this form and they’ll be more than happy to help you solve the issue.

Give them your order number and the item number or product name of the missing item. We’ll be sure to refund you for the missing item if you’ve already paid for it.
