When can I expect my refund?

Please allow up to 14 working days for your parcel to be delivered from Zwolle back to our warehouse in Poland. Due to Covid-19, it may take a few days longer.

We will notify and refund you as soon as we receive and process your return in our warehouse in Poland.

The track & trace link you received when returning your parcel allows you to trace your return shipment to the local depot in NL (Zwolle). Your return will then be on its way to our warehouse in Poland where it will be processed as a return. This can take up to 14 working days.


  • It can usually take up to 14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse, processed and refunded. 
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email. After that, we’ll check the return and issue a full refund.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method you chose when you made your order.
  • If you paid with a credit card or PayPal, it may take a few days for the money to appear in your account and the time it takes usually depends on your bank.
