Will I receive a new Klarna invoice if I return items from my order?

Yes, you'll automatically receive a new invoice after your return has been processed correctly and after Klarna has been notified.

  • Pay in 3 (Klarna) - only on vila.com

Pay Later (Klarna):

Please note that the payment period is 30 days starting from the date you received your first invoice.

If you return some items from your order, you will have the option to pay immediately for the items you keep and the shipping cost.

Pay in 3 (Klarna):

When you return the entire order or parts of it, the payment request will be altered based on the end amount.

 

Please contact Klarna (https://www.klarna.com/dk) if you are returning any items and if the due date of your invoice is approaching, so as to avoid receiving payment reminders of the outstanding amount.
