• If you think you’ve been refunded the wrong amount, please contact our Customer Service and state your order number and the required refund amount.

• Return registration can take up to 14 working days. 

Please note that the cost of return shipping is € 5.95. We'll automatically deduct the amount from your refund.

• If you are returning items because you have changed your mind or because the size is not appropriate, you can start the return process using the prepaid return label. We will deduct the shipping costs of the return from the amount of your refund.

• If the reason of your return is a mistake from our side, we will refund the full amount without any problem. We kindly ask you to indicate the return code on the return sheet.
