Why can't I track my parcel?
There is currently a slight delay in the processing and delivery for some orders. It may take slightly longer for you to receive the order dispatch email and your parcel. Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking link.
We send all our parcels from our warehouse in Poland in one shipment for environmental reasons. Once your order’s been sent, you’ll receive the tracking information by email.
It can take up to 2 working days before you can track the parcel. The tracking can only start once the package has arrived at the sorting facility in your country. If you can’t track your parcel, it probably hasn’t left our warehouse yet.
To check the status of your order, go to 'Check your order' and log in with your email and order number. We recommend you create an account in this section to easily save and track future orders.
