Home Delivery (HERMES)

Hermes Tracking number
Unfortunately, the Hermes tracking portal is experiencing technical difficulties and unable to provide any tracking information for many orders. Please contact our customer service team for further information on the status of your shipment if this applies to your order.

  • If you’re not at home and there’s no possibility of leaving the parcel with a neighbour, Hermes will make a 2nd and 3rd attempt. If this happens, a notification card will be left in your letter box at the 1st delivery attempt.

*Due to COVID-19 virus restrictions we had to disable the delivery option Click & Collect.

  • You can select your preferred store from a list in the cart. Remember to use your right mobile phone number and e-mail address.
  • As soon as your parcel is ready for pick-up, the shop will send you a text message and an e-mail. When picking up the parcel, you have to show the 4-digit code you received by SMS and e-mail together with the person's name who placed the order.
  • If you do not pick up your parcel within 14 calendar days, it will be returned to us by the store and we will automatically refund you the full purchase price. We will send you an e-mail when we receive your parcel and another e-mail when the credit / refund has been issued.

Delivery next working day - Order Before 17:00

  • Monday-Thursday: order before 17.00, Friday-Saturday: order before 22.00. 
  • Orders placed on Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
  • Before delivery, DHL will notify you by SMS or email that your parcel is on its way. They’ll also send you an SMS or email after the delivery has taken place.
  • If you’re out when your parcel arrives, the courier will put a card in your letterbox with all the necessary information on how to get your parcel delivered. If a delivery hasn’t been arranged after 30 days, the parcel will be automatically returned to us. We’ll arrange for a refund and send you an email to confirm that the refund has been processed.


As soon as your parcel has left our warehouse, you’ll receive an e-mail with a tracking number, so you can follow the parcel until you get it. It may up to 2 working days before the tracking information is available. The tracking can only start once the package has arrived at the sorting facility in your country.
