How do I receive my Klarna invoice?
The invoice payments are offered by our partner Klarna, which means that you'll enter a payment obligation with Klarna.

Pay Later (Klarna):
Payments to Klarna must be made within 30 days. You'll receive an email containing your invoice from Klarna as soon as your order is shipped.
Pay in 3 (Klarna):
Pay in 3 is an alternative to traditional credit but without any interest, which allows you to split purchases into 3 payments. These payments will be automatically withdrawn from the debit/credit card you have on file with us every 30 days until the full order amount has been paid. In our app, you’ll also have the option to pay off a single installment or even the entire balance earlier if preferred. However, at this time it’s not possible to change the scheduled payment date to a later date.
We kindly advise you to check your spam box or log in via the Klarna website (WWW.KLARNA.COM/DK/) if you haven't received the email. It's not required to be registered, just click on "log in" on the Klarna homepage.
If you have lost your invoice, you can easily download and print a new one on WWW.KLARNA.COM/DK/ . You are also welcome to contact our customer service.
