WHAT ARE THE SIGN UP DISCOUNT TERMS & CONDITIONS?

The discount code can only be used in the web shop unless otherwise stated in your confirmation email. The discount cannot be used with other promotions, discounted items, discounts or gift certificates. The discount code cannot be applied to already concluded orders. The discount code is valid for 2 months from the date of issue of the discount code. The discount is distributed proportionally to all goods in the order, covered by the promotion (delivery costs excluded).

Signing up for the BIANCO Newsletter is free of charge and non-binding, and you can unsubscribe at any time. You have to be 18 years or older in order to sign up for the BIANCO Newsletter. If you are under 18 years of age, you can sign up for the BIANCO Newsletter by sending a signed confirmation from a parent or legal guardian to kundeservice@bianco.com.

By signing up to the BIANCO Newsletter you accept that Bianco Footwear A/S (Håndværkervej 4, 6270 Tønder, Denmark, company registration number 18912236) and the company operating the BIANCO online shop, BESTSELLER Handels B.V. (Koivistokade 1c, 1013 AC Amsterdam, The Netherlands, company registration number 59896604) (hereinafter collectively referred to as “BIANCO FOOTWEAR ””) can send you marketing via email, text messages, MMS, push notifications, social media or post, regarding:

• Clothes, bags, shoes, accessories, fashion items and the like marketed by BIANCO FOOTWEAR  online and in stores.
• Information on BIANCO FOOTWEAR  and offers, sale, competitions, events as well as other marketing initiatives from BIANCO FOOTWEAR  or BIANCO stores, including stores owned by partners.
• Information about goods you have added to your wish list in MY ACCOUNT or placed in your online shopping bag.

You furthermore accept that this consent can be used to ask you to update your consent to include other relevant products, business partners or ways of communication.

You can unsubscribe from the BIANCO Newsletter by using the option stated in the materials sent to you by BIANCO FOOTWEAR or by submitting a request form which can be found HERE. Furthermore you can withdraw your consent to receive marketing at any time by contacting BIANCO FOOTWEAR on kundeservice@bianco.com.

YOUR PERSONAL DATA

BIANCO FOOTWEAR A/S and BESTSELLER Handels B.V. are joint data controllers  with respect to your personal data.

BIANCO FOOTWEAR is a part of the BESTSELLER group and your personal data will be processed in accordance with BESTSELLER’s privacy policy which can be found HERE.

1. Why do we use your personal data?

We will use your personal data to manage the newsletter and to send you marketing such as campaigns, information about new styles, invitations etc. To optimize your shopping experience we strive to send you marketing which match your interests and to send you customized newsletters, e.g. a birthday greeting.

2. What type of personal data do we process?

We will process the information you submit to us when you sign up for the BIANCO Newsletter and information submitted by you when updating your profile. This includes i.a. your name, email, age and your phone number if you chose to submit such information.

We will also process information about your orders or other activities on our online shop, including for example items in your online shopping bag and items on your MY ACCOUNT wish list. We will collect this information from BESTSELLER Handels B.V. who is responsible for our online shop.

Furthermore we will analyse your activity when you receive our newsletters.

3. On what legal ground do we process your personal data? 

The processing of your personal data is based on your consent when you sign up to our newsletter.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. Furthermore you can object to your data being processed for direct marketing purposes. Please contact BIANCO FOOTWEAR  on kundeservice@bianco.com.

In such case, BIANCO FOOTWEAR will not send you any further marketing or other information based on your consent.

4. Our use of data processors

We share your personal data with our external business partners (data processors) who will process personal data on our behalf, e.g. by sending out our newsletters to you or by storing your personal data.

The following data processor(s) may handle and/or store your personal data in countries outside of the EU/EEA:

• Salesforce.com, USA (The data transfer is safeguarded by the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses)
• Facebook, Inc., USA (The data transfer is safeguarded by certification under the EU-US Privacy Shield)

5. How long do we store your personal data? 

Your personal data will be deleted when we no longer need it and when we do not have to store the data for regulatory reasons.

If you unsubscribe from the BIANCO Newsletter all personal data which we do not have to store for regulatory reasons will automatically be deleted.
