Reserve & Collect with Jack & Jones
What is Reserve & Collect?
You can now reserve items on the online store that are also available in your nearest JACK & JONES store and pick them up within a limited period.
How can I reserve an item?
Go to an item and choose your size. If the item is available at JACK & JONES stores, a drop-down menu will appear indicating the stores where the item is still on stock. Choose your preferred store and fill in your name, e-mail and phone number in the pop-up screen. Click on reserve to complete the reservation. You’ll receive a confirmation e-mail within 1 hour from the store.
When can I expect a confirmation e-mail?
The store will contact you within 1 hour during opening hours.
How long will the store hold my reserved items?
We normally hold your reservation for 48 hours after the confirmation e-mail has been sent. If you need extra time, we can arrange an extension of this period. Please contact the store directly if you wish to pick up the reservation on a different time.
Where do I go when I arrive to the store?
When you get to the store, notify a sales assistant that you’re picking up a reservation. We will prioritize getting your reservation or help you out in case you want to try your reserved items on or browse the store for other styles.
Where do I pay for my reservation?
Payment will be collected in the store.
What happens if I don’t pick up my reservation?
If you can’t make it, please let us know by replying to our confirmation mail that you would like to cancel your reservation. We will put the items back on the shelf, but you can always reserve the item again or get the items shipped by placing an order via the online store.
How do I return my purchased item(s)?
Returns can only be made in store and within 30 days after your purchase. The item(s) have to be in original condition with tags still attached. Please bring your receipt to the store.
