I need a new return label. How do I get one?
You can easily create a return label yourself by registering your return through one of our return portals in just a few steps.
Registering your return also allows you to track your return through the return portal, and you'll be informed when your return arrives at our warehouse for processing.
Simply follow these steps, and get your return ready for drop-off at your nearest post office.
For all online orders: you have 100 days from the date you receive your order to return any items.
Please note that € 5.95 will be deducted from your refund when the item reaches our warehouse.
If you have an account:
- Log into ‘My Account’
- Go to the “Orders” page, and click on the order with the items you want to return
- Click on “Return Items”, and you can start registering your return online by following the instructions in the return portal
If you don't have an account:
- Choose the brand site you purchased your order from, and click on the brand logo to proceed to the return portal:
